You will represent the company professionally while providing quality beauty services to mid to high-end customers. You will handle customer enquiries and complaints, perform facial and slimming treatments, and contribute to achieving branch sales targets.

• Deliver facial and slimming treatments accurately to meet customer satisfaction and quality standards
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and complaints to maintain positive client relationships
• Engage with customers in a friendly and outgoing manner to enhance their experience
