Client Advisor (BOH Operations) – Luxury Fashion Retail

Key Responsibilities

Stock Management

  • Maintain an organized and well-managed stockroom, ensuring all merchandise and packaging are stored accurately and efficiently.
  • Receive, process, and replenish stock promptly to support smooth daily store operations.
  • Ensure product availability on the sales floor by coordinating timely replenishment, enhancing operational efficiency and the overall client experience.
  • Liaise with the Supply Chain team to fulfil client requests and improve product availability.

After-Sales Services

  • Deliver exceptional after-sales support while building strong client relationships through a seamless service experience.
  • Manage client repair requests from submission through completion, providing timely updates and follow-up throughout the repair process.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure product quality issues are resolved efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

Store Operations & Team Support

  • Work closely with the store team by actively participating in daily briefings and contributing to the achievement of store objectives.
  • Support Client Advisors in managing customer traffic and operational activities to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Continuously develop in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, services, and heritage.
  • Uphold the company's grooming, service, and behavioural standards while representing the brand with professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, retail, hospitality, or a customer service-related industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional, and approachable demeanour.
  • Passionate about luxury retail, fashion, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating a client-centric mindset and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
  • Able to work on a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
