What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute brand & marketing strategies for Trade & Consumers that align with company goals.

  • Define campaign positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

  • Campaign | Activity goals set up with focus on growth and targeted metrics

  • Preparation of marketing materials for the activity/campaign

  • Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activities and support sales/product teams with their needs from marketing team

  • Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.

  • Manage online/offline marketing activities which includes : webinars, trainings, seminars, exhibitions, brand activation and outreach activities

  • Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts for mutual benefit.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or brand-related roles.

  • Proven experience in handling end-to-end marketing campaigns (online & offline).

  • Strong understanding of campaign strategy, positioning, and messaging.

  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and ability to analyze campaign performance.

  • Experience in managing events, brand activations, or offline marketing activities is a plus.

  • Good project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally (e.g., sales, product, creative teams).

  • Experience in managing external partners/vendors and negotiating partnerships is a plus.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
