Responsibilities
- Provided nursing care to residents, including health assessments, medication administration, and monitoring of medical conditions.
- Assisted with daily living activities and ensured residents' comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Performed basic nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheter care, and vital signs monitoring.
- Administered medications and documented care accurately according to nursing standards.
- Communicated with doctors, residents, and family members regarding residents' health and care plans.
- Maintained accurate nursing records and complied with infection control and safety protocols.
- Responded to changes in residents' conditions and provided appropriate nursing interventions.
- Worked closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality resident care.
Requirements
- Min Diploma in Nursing
- Valid SNB license
- Min 1 year of Wards / nursing home experience will be highly preferred
