PROJECT MANAGER

Roles &Responsibilities

1. Develop project plans and oversee all operational and administrative procedures from project initiation to completion

2. Involvement inproposal and tendering phase to provide insights Execute tender procurement and On-site construction supervision

3. Provide thedirection in construction planning and Collaborate with Client, ConsultantTeams and Sub-contractors to ensure that project objectives are met, andoverall construction progress are within time schedules

4. Monitor and controlproject costs and expenses to ensure that project stays within budget

5. Stay updated onregulatory requirements, and ensure all necessary submissions, clearances anddocumentation are in place

6. Ensure that workmeets the quality standards and specifications set forth in the project plansand contract documents, and comply with local building regulations and companyISO standards.

7. Lead a team ofproject team members to identify and mitigate project risks, and solveconstruction issues throughout the project lifecycle

8. Support the SeniorProject Manager and Project Director in any other Project Management relatedactivities

9. Overall managementfor the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design,procurement, construction, quality, and safety

10. Coordination andmonitoring of progress on sites

11. Liaise closely withclients, architects, consultants, subcontractors through regular meetings toresolve administrative, design, and contractual issues and updating of projectprogress reports

12. Manage Sub-contractors'submission of method of statements, drawing, materials, mock-up and workprogress follow accordingly to company direction

Requirements

1. Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in construction management or Civil Engineering.

2. At least 7 years of practical experience in Project Management Services in Construction industry.
