Key Duties & Responsibilities:

· Recruits and interview candidates or workers for overseas countries such as Bangladesh, Indian and China

· To review and performance appraisal for overseas projects/ subsidiaries

· Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, recruitment and rewards strategies

· End-to-end recruitment process, from crafting of job descriptions, to recommending the appropriate selection and assessment of candidates, etc. You will need to have a good grasp of the school’s business needs to recruit the right candidates.

· Assists the each site foreman to deal with all problems of workers,Provide advice to them and manage the activities pertaining to industrial relations, employee grievances, conduct and discipline

· Plan, administer, review and coordinate training programmes to enhance staff competencies.

· Collecting and analyzing worker data and to align with objectives, strategy, and broader project management approach.

· Design, recommend and implement onboarding initiatives for employees so that they can be assimilated into the environment and their roles well.

· May be involved in Projects from time to time.

· Involve in the manpower planning and projection for annual budget proposal and costing

· Minimum 6 years of operational management or project management experience (plan, execute and report) .(online or offline)

· Experienced in personnel management and specify detailed SOP

· Good team player with strong interpersonal communication skills to build relations and engagement with internal and external teams to ensure the achievement of business objectives and look for opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
