School Temporary Staff [Admin Support]

• Location: Woodlands
• Work Timing: 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon - Thu) & 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)
• Salary: $2,760 per month
• Duration: ASAP - Feb 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for sustainability programmes, campaigns, events, and projects.
• Assist in the collection, consolidation, and verification of sustainability-related data, including environmental, social and governance (ESG) metrics.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, meeting materials, and publicity content for sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments, students, staff and external partners on sustainability-related activities and events.
• Assist in maintaining sustainability records, databases, and documentation.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including volunteer programmes, community outreach, and sustainability awareness campaigns.
• Conduct basic research, benchmarking and information gathering on sustainability topics and best practices.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, tracking progress and following up on action items.
• Provide logistical and on-site support during meetings, workshops, learning journeys, exhibitions, and sustainability events.
• Perform any other duties related to sustainability initiatives as assigned by the supervisor.

• Minimum a Diploma in any field
• Experience in graphic and visual design would be an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
