Customer Service Coordinator (Beauty)

Handle daily appointment bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and customer enquiries in a timely & professional manner (Walk-ins, WhatsApp, Social platforms)

Follow-up on customers inquiries/appointments and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize waiting time, avoid clashes and ensure smooth daily operations

Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate records

Support smooth day to day operations and admin task

Ensure reception area are clean and tidy

What we’re looking for:

Strong interest in customer service

Preferably with 1 year of experience in reception/customer service/beauty line

⁠Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

⁠Able to commit to your role and work independently when needed
