Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction workers.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and government authorities.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
  • Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges promptly.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and company policies.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and mentor project team members.
  • Support business development by assisting with project planning, tendering, and client relationship management.
  • Minimum 3 of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flixibility to work extended hours when required
