Job Description
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction workers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and government authorities.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and company policies.
- Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
- Conduct performance evaluations and mentor project team members.
- Support business development by assisting with project planning, tendering, and client relationship management.
- Minimum 3 of experience in construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , with flixibility to work extended hours when required
