Job Summary

Support the rollout and integration of enterprise systems to enhance operational efficiency, provide troubleshooting, document workflows, and contribute to process automation and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Help reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
• Support the finance team in day-to-day tasks and projects
• Assist in audits and compliance-related activities
• Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and EPICOR

Education & Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Previous internship or project experience in a finance role will be an advantage
