Test Assistant Engineer

Salary: $3,800 – $4,500

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM

Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, and test semiconductor equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform equipment alignment, adjustment, and commissioning.
• Conduct equipment testing and process setup to ensure performance and quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support corrective actions.
• Review test results and identify defects or performance issues.
• Maintain testing records, equipment configurations, and checklists.
• Work with the Engineering team to improve equipment reliability and testing efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in equipment assembly, testing, or troubleshooting
• Experience in semiconductor equipment is preferred
• Knowledge of equipment setup, vacuum chambers, gas box build & test, or tool testing is an advantage
• Able to read technical drawings and follow work instructions
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with vacuum systems or CMM measuring machines is an added advantage
