Logistics & Sales Support Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Logistics & Sales Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support our freight forwarding operations by handling shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, and assisting in telemarketing and sales support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, shipping lines, and transport providers.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and filing.
• Conduct telemarketing to introduce the company's freight forwarding and logistics services to prospective customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and quotations.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Operations teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred, but candidates without experience who are willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and overseas agents.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
