Senior Quantity Surveyor (Corporate)| Tai Seng | Up to 6K

Location: Tai Seng (HQ-Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $6,000/month (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates

Develop procurement strategies and evaluate subcontractor quotations

Conduct site measurements and verify progress valuations

Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports

Manage variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements

Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Quantity Surveyors

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience

Experience managing QS activities from pre-tender through to final account is preferred

Knowledge of commercial and/or office fit-out projects is an advantage

Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills

Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
