TECHNICAL MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to oversee the company's technical operations and ensure the efficient delivery of technical support, maintenance, and project implementation. The successful candidate will lead a technical team, develop operational strategies, manage technical projects, and ensure all systems, equipment, and processes comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. The Technical Manager will work closely with management, clients, and internal departments to deliver high-quality technical solutions and continuous operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the technical department.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical projects from planning through completion.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate technical staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement technical policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal departments and customers.
- Monitor the performance, maintenance, and reliability of equipment, systems, and technical infrastructure.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective technical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Prepare project schedules, technical reports, budgets, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers on technical matters.
- Manage departmental resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge relevant to the company's industry.
- Experience in project management, team leadership, and technical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technical software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
