Job Summary

Lead and supervise M&E teams across multiple locations, coordinating on-site works, ensuring timely response to clients' urgent calls, and adhering to site time schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate M&E teams across multiple locations to ensure effective execution of mechanical and electrical works
• Collaborate with the M&E Department and Main Contractors to schedule and monitor progress of on-site M&E works, ensuring timely completion
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
• Apply knowledge of ACMV systems to support M&E operations and enhance system performance
