Group Finance Excellence Manager

SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Group Finance Excellence Manager to lead finance transformation and operational excellence across our regional business. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will partner with Finance and business leaders to strengthen finance processes, drive digital transformation, improve financial governance, and enhance business performance across multiple countries.

This is a high-impact regional role offering the opportunity to shape finance excellence initiatives and support the Group's long-term growth strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Lead the Group's Finance Excellence roadmap by standardising finance processes, strengthening governance, and driving continuous improvement across regional operations

Cash Flow & Working Capital Optimisation

• Partner with Country Finance and business leaders to improve cash flow, optimise working capital, and enhance operational efficiency

ERP & Digital Finance Transformation

• Drive finance ERP enhancements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to improve reporting, productivity, and business insights

Finance Data & Reporting Excellence

• Strengthen finance data governance, reporting standards, and management reporting capabilities to support informed business decisions

Business Transformation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional finance transformation projects that improve financial performance, operational effectiveness, and organisational capability

Strategic Partnership

• Support the Group CFO on strategic finance initiatives and enterprise-wide business improvement programmes

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with at least 8 years' of relevant experience (or Diploma with 10 years' of experience)
• Experience in finance transformation, finance operations, ERP implementation, or regional finance.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, governance, internal controls, and business partnering.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across different functions and countries.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
