Public Relations Officer (HDB Home Improvement Programme - HIP)

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling project enquiries and public relations matters professionally.
  • Receive, investigate and resolve residents' feedback, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the site team to arrange rectification and maintenance works within residents' flats.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Attend Construction Working Committee (CWC) meetings and provide administrative and meeting support.
  • Prepare correspondence, maintain records and perform general administrative duties.
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'A' Level or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, public relations or resident liaison, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Experience in HDB Home Improvement Programme (HIP) projects will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturday (full-day)
