Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project team
- Execute projects according to Schedule and Tender Specifications within Contract Budget
- Plan and update master programme
- Preparation of Progress Reports
- Troubleshoot and recover from unexpected delays
- Resolve on-site Contractual Issues
- Coordinate works between Clients, Consultants, Sub-contractors, Suppliers
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Min 5 years of working experience in construction industry
- Experienced in HDB / Condo / Commercial projects
- Good leadership and organizing abilities
