Woodlands / Contract Manager / Senior Contracts Manager(QS / Quantity Surveyor) General Building Project experience

· Manage and administermain contracts, subcontracts, procurement agreements and project commercialdocumentation for M&E construction works.

· Review contract terms,tender documents, specifications and conditions of contract to identifycommercial, contractual and operational risks.

· Advise project teams andmanagement on contractual obligations, notices, claims strategy, risk exposureand dispute avoidance.

· Prepare, review andmanage contractual correspondence, notices, claims submissions, variationclaims, EOT claims, loss and expense claims and related substantiation.

· Work closely withQuantity Surveyors and project teams on progress claims, payment responses,variation orders, subcontractor claims, final accounts and cost impactassessments.

Requirements

· Degree or Diploma inQuantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Mechanical / ElectricalEngineering, Contract Management, Law or related discipline.

· More than eight (8)years of relevant contracts, commercial or quantity surveying experience,preferably in M&E construction, infrastructure, building services orlarge-scale construction projects.
