Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using HRIS and payroll systems
- Verify payroll data including allowances, deductions, overtime, leave, and claims
- Prepare payslips, payroll reports, and statutory submissions in line with Singapore regulations
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payroll disbursement and reconciliation
- Maintain secure and accurate payroll records with strict confidentiality
- Update and maintain employee records within HRIS systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
- Assist with work pass applications and renewals and related documentation
- Prepare HR reports and support documentation requirements
- Administer leave and benefits processes and handle employee communications
- Support team coverage during peak periods and contribute to HR process improvements
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and relevant agencies on HR and payroll matters
- Support annual tax reporting and statutory HR requirements
- Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll administration or HR generalist roles with payroll responsibilities
- Hands-on experience processing payroll using HRIS and payroll systems
- Working knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, CPF, IRAS taxation, and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
