Job Responsibilities

1. Independently handle Chinese & English emails and business communications; liaise with local partners, clients and institutions; draft all business correspondence and documents.

2. Assist the Chairman with basic personal and family administrative matters, including data sorting, document filing, information compilation and task reminders.

3.Track all assignments from the Chairman, cross-departmental work and pending matters; provide timely progress updates and ensure full completion of all tasks.

4. Plan daily schedules, arrange meetings and client visits, coordinate both business and personal agendas for the Chairman; prepare contingency plans and make timely adjustments to maintain an efficient, orderly schedule.

5.Strictly safeguard all high-level commercial and personal information, and fully comply with confidential work protocols.

1. Chinese national holding Singapore PR; candidates who do not require visa sponsorship and can start work immediately are preferred.

2. Fluent English: capable of smooth verbal communication, proficient in reading, writing and drafting formal English business documents; able to independently conduct all English-language work liaison.

3. Bachelor’s degree or above.

4. High emotional intelligence, strong execution ability and quick response; adept at multi-task coordination and able to work under high pressure.

Meticulous, rigorous, well-organized and self-motivated; familiar with the communication style and work rhythm of Chinese business leaders.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, document sorting and schedule management tools.
