Responsibilities

• Analyse market trends to inform sourcing strategies and optimise supply chain performance
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers to support operational needs
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost efficiency and favourable agreements
• Monitor vendor performance through audits and resolve supply disruptions or quality issues
• Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising product or service quality
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
• Prepare annual procurement budgets and track KPIs to assess operational performance
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain roles
• Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, contract management, and market analysis
• Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier performance and procurement processes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost optimisation and budgeting
