Operation and Procurement Assistant (Part-Time/Contract)

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Assist with purchasing activities associated with project, spare parts and non-project materials.
2. Follow up on purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
3. Provide updates on order status to internal stakeholders.
4. Source and compare suppliers for competitive pricing and availability.
5. Support procurement documentation and administrative tasks.
6. Perform other duties assigned by the Senior Purchaser or Line Manager.
Working Arrangement
Preferred schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm.
Flexible work arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates, subject to business needs and mutual agreement.
Your Profile
Minimum GCE 'O' Level
At least 1 year working experience
Responsible, organized and possess good working attitude with willingness to learn.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
