Job Responsibilities
Handle both technical and provision purchasing for the marine industry.
Source and procure materials, equipment, and provisions based on operational requirements.
Obtain quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of purchases.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil procurement requirements.
Prepare purchasing documentation and maintain accurate procurement records.
Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience in the Ship Chandling / Marine Offshore industry.
Experience in technical and/or provision purchasing.
Candidates with strong technical purchasing experience who are willing to learn provision purchasing are welcome to apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
