Job Responsibilities
Set up gauges and prepare inspection sheets and gauging procedures.
Perform incoming inspection and verification of raw materials, customer-supplied materials, subcontracted parts, and measuring instruments.
Conduct dimensional, hardness, and quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Perform final inspection on finished products and verify inspection documents before shipment.
Carry out scheduled quality tests and verify threaded inserts.
Raise non-conformance and incident reports for any quality issues identified.
Conduct internal process audits and maintain the integrity of the gauge room.
Ensure all inspection activities comply with company quality standards and documented procedures.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Relevant Industrial Quality Training Certification.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality inspection environment (OCTG industry experience is an advantage).
Knowledge of gauging and measuring instruments.
Knowledge of API 5CT specifications is an added advantage.
Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
