Key Responsibilities

Business Development &Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable products, services, and digital solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Advise clients on available government grants and funding schemes relevant to their business requirements.
  • Guide clients through the grant application and claims process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate successful grant submissions.
  • Keep abreast of changes in government grant policies, eligibility criteria, and funding initiatives.

Reporting &Administration

  • Maintain accurate client records, sales pipeline, and activities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts
  • Marketing support including co -ordination support for trade shows and exhibitions
  • Training courses enrolment
