Key Responsibilities
Business Development &Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable products, services, and digital solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Advise clients on available government grants and funding schemes relevant to their business requirements.
- Guide clients through the grant application and claims process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate successful grant submissions.
- Keep abreast of changes in government grant policies, eligibility criteria, and funding initiatives.
Reporting &Administration
- Maintain accurate client records, sales pipeline, and activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and forecasts
- Marketing support including co -ordination support for trade shows and exhibitions
