Class 4 Truck Driver (Bukit Merah)

Job Summary

You will collect and dispose of waste and recyclables safely using specialized vehicles, supervise and reinstate work areas, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and follow company SOPs to support sustainable waste management operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect waste materials and recyclables from Industrial Commercial Waste premises using rear end loader (REL), prime mover (PM), skips, and crane lorry to ensure timely and efficient waste removal
• Supervise and reinstate work areas by cleaning spillage of refuse, recyclables, oil, and overflow to maintain safe and orderly sites
• Dispose of collected waste and recyclables at authorized disposal facilities to comply with environmental regulations
• Handle vehicles, equipment, and receptacles properly to ensure operational safety and equipment longevity
• Clean and wash vehicles daily to maintain hygiene and operational readiness
• Perform waste collection tasks safely according to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to minimize risks and ensure compliance

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid Class 4 driving license to operate company vehicles safely and legally.
• Good driving records to demonstrate responsible and safe driving behavior.
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays to meet operational scheduling needs.

Other Information

Working Hours & Location:

• Bukit Merah Depot, 6.30am to 2.50pm with overtime
• Six-day work week with one rest day per week
