Senior Administrative Executive

Position summary
The Senior Administrative Executive is a full‑time role responsible for supporting day‑to‑day preschool operations across centers, handling administrative and financial matters, and coordinating basic marketing activities to support enrollment and branding.
Key requirements
- More than 5 years of administrative experience in a preschool or early childhood education environment.
- Degree or Diploma in Administration, Business, Management or related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and preschool/centre management systems, with good organisation and filing skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with centre leaders, teachers, parents and external vendors.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Main responsibilities
- Support preschool operations and administration for multiple centers, including documentation, records management, and coordination of centre processes.
- Work closely with the Senior Accountant on financial reporting, including collation of centre data, checking invoices/fees, and preparing regular management reports.
- Assist centers with marketing activities such as preparing marketing materials, updating websites or social media, and supporting centre‑level events or campaigns.
- Act as a key contact point for parents and visitors on administrative matters, ensuring professional service standards.
