Customer Service Executive

EDVOX MUSIC SCHOOL SP PTE. LTD.

- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers.

- Develop good rapport with customers and build brand loyalty.

- Music courses recommendation, enrolment and payment collection.

- Responsible in daily running of the School with management of general administrative duties.

- Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.

- Statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and revenue, student intake/drop out, etc.

Requirements

- Possess at least a Diploma.

- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel.

- Self-driven and resourceful.

- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Able to work at “retail hours” and both weekends.

*Those with relevant experience will be considered for Senior / Manager position.
