Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customers' and parents' enquiries (walk-in, emails, phone calls, text)
  • Assist in collecting payment of school fees and sales of merchandise / attire
  • Work closely with the teachers and communicate effectively to the parents
  • Basic paper works (attendance marking, filing of documents, printing newsletter)
  • Counting of merchandise stock quantity.
  • General housekeeping

Requirements

  • Writing and speaking proficiency in English
  • Motivated and hardworking
  • Meticulous and organised

Working Hours and Location

  • AMK Hub, Canberra, Bukit Panjang, West Coast, Westgate, HarbourFront

5 works days including weekends.

Weekdays: 11am - 930pm

Weekends (Sat & Sun): 830am - 930pm (2 Shift)
