Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and proactive Admin & Marketing Assistant to support daily office operations, handle customer service, and manage online marketing activities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and office tasks to support smooth daily operations
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and online platforms to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada by processing orders, addressing customer enquiries, and maintaining accurate product listings
  • Assist in creating and publishing engaging content on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to enhance online presence
  • Update website content, product information, and promotional materials to keep information current and appealing
  • Prepare accurate quotations and invoices, and maintain organized filing and records for easy retrieval
  • Coordinate customer appointments to support business scheduling and operations
  • Execute other ad hoc duties assigned by the company to contribute to overall team success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Nitec, Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills demonstrated through effective task management
  • Responsible, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, or marketing roles is advantageous
  • Training will be provided to support skill development

Working Hours

  • Mon–Fri: 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Sat: 9:30am – 1:00pm (Half-day)
  • 5.5-day work week
