Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Administer the company's internal communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) – creating channels, managing user permissions, and troubleshooting basic login issues.

  • Coordinate hybrid work schedules, managing desk-booking systems and virtual meeting room setups.

  • Assist new hires with IT/software access setup (coordinating with the external IT vendor for hardware).

  • Manage digital asset libraries, ensuring all company logos, templates, and marketing collaterals are accessible to staff.

  • Track and order IT peripherals (laptops, monitors, dongles) and manage the inventory log.

  • No minimum education required; we value tech-savviness and digital literacy above formal qualifications.

  • Comfortable navigating various software platforms and mobile apps (you do not need to code, but you must be willing to learn new tools quickly).

  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge for common hardware/software issues is highly desirable.

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hybrid environment (mix of remote and in-office).

  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical staff and external vendors.
