Documentation & Compliance Administrator

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and proofread internal policies, software user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Manage the company's document control system, ensuring all contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements are properly filed and archived.

  • Assist the legal/compliance team (if applicable) with basic due diligence paperwork and regulatory submissions.

  • Track contract expiry dates and send renewal reminders to the management team.

  • Ensure all published documents follow Roy Trust's branding and formatting guidelines.

  • No minimum education required; we welcome candidates with strong language and organizational skills.

  • Must have a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and document formatting (experience with Adobe Acrobat or DocuSign is a plus).

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Comfortable using cloud-based storage systems (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).
