Documentation & Compliance Administrator

Job Description & Responsibilities
Prepare, format, and proofread internal policies, software user manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Manage the company's document control system, ensuring all contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements are properly filed and archived.
Assist the legal/compliance team (if applicable) with basic due diligence paperwork and regulatory submissions.
Track contract expiry dates and send renewal reminders to the management team.
Ensure all published documents follow Roy Trust's branding and formatting guidelines.
No minimum education required; we welcome candidates with strong language and organizational skills.
Must have a keen eye for grammar, spelling, and document formatting (experience with Adobe Acrobat or DocuSign is a plus).
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable using cloud-based storage systems (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).
