Client Success Administrator

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients using our software applications, handling general inquiries and routing technical issues to the development team.

  • Prepare and send client onboarding kits, user guides, and service agreement documents.

  • Schedule and coordinate client demo sessions, feedback calls, and post-launch review meetings.

  • Maintain and update the client relationship management (CRM) database with accurate contact and interaction records.

  • Collect client feedback and compile weekly reports for the Product Manager.

  • No minimum education required; we prioritize excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus, but not required.

  • Basic understanding of software/SaaS terminology is helpful (we will teach you the rest).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, professional telephone/email manner.

  • Must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, and Management).
