Sales & Operations Executive

World Caviar House is a premium luxury caviar house in Singapore. We are looking for a driven, all-round Sales & Operations Executive to run our day-to-day business end-to-end. You will own both sides of the business — winning new clients and keeping operations flawless.

- Find and win new partners and buyers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, retailers, private clients): meetings, tastings, negotiation and closing.

- Process orders, quotations, invoices and payments.

- Manage inventory (a small caviar stock) and coordinate deliveries and cold-chain logistics.

- Look after clients end-to-end with polished, premium service.

- Keep simple records and reports.

- Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore, full-time.

- Sales drive — comfortable finding clients and closing deals.

- Organised and detail-oriented for orders, inventory and deliveries.

- Able to work independently and run things end-to-end in a small, hands-on team.

- Excellent English; comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.

- Experience in luxury, fine food, hospitality or F&B is a plus.

- Basic salary S$2,200/month plus commission on new business (3% for the first 6 months per new client) — OTE S$3,500–5,000+.

- Full-time at our Joo Chiat office (291 Joo Chiat Road, JK Centre, Singapore 427543).
