Job Summary
The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing facilities management, maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and project execution across multiple sites (SBL, Lorong17, and Chiam Pok Ee). The role includes leading the facilities team, managing A&A works, and performing Fire Safety Manager (FSM) duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Facilities team across all assigned sites
- Oversee all facilities matters including maintenance, operations, and special projects
- Plan and execute A&A (Addition & Alteration) works and asset upgrading initiatives
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all building systems (M&E, lifts, plumbing & sanitary systems, landscaping, pest control, AV, car park operations etc.)
- Manage external contractors, including sourcing, evaluation and supervision
- Ensure contractor selection and procurement processes comply with organizational policies and audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and asset records across all sites
- Administer preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding builder’s works and defects rectifications
- Perform Fire Safety Manager (FSM) duties and ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and promote safe work practices
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Respond to emergencies and ensure operational continuity
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience infacilities management, contractor supervision, and A&A works
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification preferred
- Extensive knowledge of local regulatory and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Good written and spoken English and Mandarin (for communication with stakeholders)
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills

- Able to work on public holidays (when required) and one weekend
