Project Manager (Facilities) - 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end showroom renovation projects for multiple luxury automotive brands

  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business brand requirements

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and external parties

  • Coordinate and liaise with external consultants (e.g., designers, architects), contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution

  • Ensure all projects are delivered within stipulated timelines and approved budgets

  • Any other tasks assigned by your Manager

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required

  • Diploma/ Degree qualification with at least 5 years of relevant project management experience

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Good understanding of construction, renovation processes, and quality standards

  • Strong budgeting, cost control, and negotiation skills

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes
