- * Assist in recruiting, coordinating, and managing performing artists.
- * Prepare and coordinate rehearsal schedules, performance rosters, and stage operations.
- * Supervise backstage activities to ensure smooth performances.
- * Monitor performers’ attendance, performance quality, and work progress.
- * Coordinate with technical crews on lighting, sound, costumes, and stage requirements.
- * Ensure compliance with safety procedures during rehearsals and live performances.
- * Liaise with artists, performers, and management regarding performance arrangements.
- * Conduct market research to identify entertainment trends and improve business opportunities.
- * Assist in planning and executing promotional events and marketing activities.
- * Prepare reports and recommend improvements to stage operations.
