Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and enhance customer experiences within our establishment. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient operational procedures are established for new outlets.

• Monitor sales performance, labor costs, and food costs to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.

• Handle all front-of-house operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

• Manage inventory levels and purchase food ingredients to maintain uninterrupted restaurant operations.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, thereby maintaining a safe dining environment.

• Support the recruitment, training, evaluation, and scheduling of staff to ensure seamless operations.

• Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.

• Perform various administrative duties, including documentation, record-keeping as assigned by management and communicating with Japanese stakeholders,

Requirements

• Minimum of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, hospitality, retail, or customer service.

• Possession of FSC Level 3 certification is preferred.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese stakeholders would be of advantage.
