Job Scope:

• Develop test cases and data-generation scenarios from the source system to support accurate letter, notice, and statement outputs in the new system
• Carry out test case execution and record findings in Excel while ensuring all testing meets corporate quality standards and project timelines.
• Coordinate closely with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure thorough verification and execution of test cases
• Identify and document defects using Excel, and manage the complete defect resolution process.
• Perform accuracy checks on all letters, notices, and statements to ensure a seamless migration to the new system
• Deliver post-migration support by identifying, analysing, and resolving production issues.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Team Lead.
