Job Summary

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will lead end-to-end executive searches, manage client relationships, and drive talent acquisition strategies across Southeast Asia for cutting-edge sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle search assignments including briefing clients, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing placements for mid-level to senior leadership roles
  • Engage passive candidates using market mapping, direct search, referrals, and professional networks across Southeast Asia to build strong talent pipelines
  • Prepare detailed candidate assessments and deliver well-reasoned shortlists with clear hiring recommendations to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their business models, organizational structures, and regional expansion plans
  • Advise clients on regional talent landscapes, salary benchmarking, hiring practices, and labour law considerations across Southeast Asian markets
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities through proactive networking, referrals, and outreach efforts
  • Expand existing client accounts and negotiate commercial terms for new recruitment mandates
  • Conduct talent mapping and produce market insights and salary benchmarking reports to inform client hiring strategies
  • Monitor and analyze hiring trends in specialist sectors and regions to provide strategic advice

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, talent acquisition, HR consulting, or HR business partnering with proven delivery of end-to-end recruitment for professional and managerial roles
  • Strong knowledge of talent landscapes and general familiarity with labour laws and hiring practices in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and/or other Southeast Asian markets
  • Hands-on recruitment experience in at least one or two sectors including Web3, e-commerce, AI, semiconductors, robotics, aviation, or advanced air mobility
  • Professional proficiency in English and proficiency in a second regional language such as Mandarin Chinese, Malay, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong business development skills with a consultative client approach and excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
