Digital Marketing Intern

CINTRA CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD.

Our Team

Cintra Consultancy is a Singapore-based business and creative consultancy that helps brands grow through strategy, content, media, and digital execution.

We work with businesses across different industries to develop social media content, digital campaigns, brand strategies, and marketing assets that support measurable business outcomes.

At Cintra, marketing is not just about generating views, clicks, or impressions. Our work must support the client’s wider business objectives, whether that means generating leads, increasing sales, building brand awareness, or improving customer acquisition.

Our team works in a fast-paced agency environment where interns gain exposure to real client campaigns, paid media planning, campaign execution, performance reporting, creative testing, and day-to-day digital marketing operations.

Your Role

Cintra Consultancy is looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to support our performance and account teams across paid advertising campaigns, campaign reporting, market research, creative testing, and digital marketing execution.

This role is best suited for someone who is analytical, organised, curious about how digital advertising works, and interested in understanding how businesses use paid media to generate measurable results.

You do not need to be an experienced media buyer, but you should have a strong interest in digital marketing, paid advertising, data analysis, consumer behaviour, and campaign optimisation.

You will work closely with the performance marketing, creative, and account teams to support campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant digital channels.

You may also support the team in reviewing campaign creatives, preparing reports, conducting competitor research, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.

We are looking for someone who can start interning from July onwards, on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Paid Campaign Support

Assist the performance marketing team with the setup, monitoring, and management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

Assist with checking campaign links, forms, tracking parameters, landing pages, and advertising assets before campaigns go live.

Monitor active campaigns and flag unusual changes in spending, delivery, leads, conversions, or other performance indicators.

Help maintain accurate records of campaign budgets, spending, results, and deliverables.

Performance Reporting and Analysis

Assist in collecting and organising campaign data from different advertising platforms.

Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, and campaign-end performance reports.

Track key performance indicators such as reach, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rates, return on advertising spend, and other relevant metrics.

Help identify trends, performance issues, and possible areas for campaign improvement.

Translate campaign data into clear observations and actionable recommendations for the internal team and clients.

Research and Campaign Planning

Conduct research on target audiences, competitors, industries, advertising trends, and digital marketing best practices.

Assist in developing audience profiles, campaign angles, messaging directions, and advertising strategies.

Review competitor advertisements through platforms such as the Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Google search results, and other available sources.

Support the team in preparing campaign proposals, media plans, performance forecasts, and internal campaign briefs.

Stay updated on changes to advertising platforms, digital trends, campaign formats, and consumer behaviour.

Creative Testing Support

Work with the creative team to develop and organise advertising concepts, hooks, headlines, captions, calls to action, and visual references.

Assist in reviewing campaign creatives to ensure that they follow the approved strategy, platform requirements, and advertising objectives.

Support the development of creative testing plans involving different messages, formats, audiences, and campaign angles.

Help document the results of creative tests and identify which advertisements, hooks, visuals, or messages perform best.

Assist with coordinating advertising materials between the creative, performance, and account teams.

Campaign Operations and Account Support

Support the coordination of campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and client requirements.

Assist in organising campaign files, reports, creative assets, tracking sheets, and project documentation.

Work with the account team to ensure that campaign updates and performance information are communicated clearly.

Support basic quality checks before advertisements, reports, and campaign materials are submitted internally or to clients.

Assist with other digital marketing, research, reporting, or campaign-related tasks where required.

Requirements

A strong interest in performance marketing, digital advertising, analytics, consumer behaviour, or business growth.

Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is preferred.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is an advantage but not required.

Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, campaign data, and performance reports.

Able to interpret basic marketing metrics and explain what they mean in a clear and practical manner.

Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment involving multiple clients, campaigns, deliverables, and timelines.

Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Able to work independently while also collaborating closely with the performance, creative, and account teams.

Relevant coursework, personal projects, certifications, campaign experience, case studies, or a digital marketing portfolio are strongly encouraged.

While we value all submissions, we regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our team.
