Marketplace & Operations Executive

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end management of Feel Fresh's marketplace storefronts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including listings, promotions, campaigns, and platform-specific growth initiatives
• Drive marketplace revenue growth through store optimization, voucher/campaign planning, flash sale participation, and platform algorithm best practices
• Lead new product introductions across marketplaces — from listing creation and SKU setup to launch sequencing and early sales momentum
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier coordination, purchase orders, and inventory planning to ensure stock availability across channels
• Oversee shipping and logistics operations, including fulfillment coordination, freight/courier management, and resolving delivery or warehousing issues
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and after-sales support across platforms
• Track platform performance metrics (conversion, CPA, ranking, reviews) and translate insights into action plans for growth

Who You Are

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently with minimal hand-holding
• Prior experience managing marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is strongly preferred
• Background in logistics, procurement, or supply chain — comfortable with shipping coordination, supplier management, and inventory planning
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfortable working with data (inventory dashboards) to make operational decisions
• Experience in e-commerce operations for a brand, startup, or similar fast-paced environment preferred
