Welfare Admin Officer at Jalan Boon Lay (1 year renewable agency contract)

This Officer is responsible for supporting centre administrative operations while championing staff welfare initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) effort. The role ensures operational continuity while enhancing staff well-being through targeted welfare programmes and coordinated CSR activities aligned with organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Provide end-to-end administrative support for daily centre operations
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and asset records
- Support onboarding/offboarding (access, IT coordination, workspace readiness)
- Liaise with vendors for quotations, services, maintenance, and contracts
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, audits, visits, and events
- Provide reception backup support and handle general enquiries
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Staff Welfare & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Act as the central coordinator and champion for Staff Welfare & CSR initiatives
- Plan and execute programmes that support staff well-being and community contribution, including:
- Festive celebrations and centre-level initiatives
- Staff appreciation activities and welfare provisions
- CSR initiatives such as volunteering, donation drives, and community outreach
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for welfare and CSR activities (vendors, venues, materials, communications)
- Manage operational aspects of welfare services, including:
- Shuttle bus coordination and administration
- Pantry, refreshments, and welfare-related provisions
- Track participation, utilisation, and feedback for welfare and CSR programmes
- Monitor and manage allocated budgets for welfare and CSR initiatives
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance programme effectiveness
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisation-wide frameworks
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or welfare/CSR-related roles
- Experience in event coordination or welfare/CSR initiatives is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Forms)
- Strong coordination, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team
