Head waitress

Our restaurant Korean restaurant so anybody have a Korean restaurant experience more welcome.

So we looking for someone who can do the following.

1. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.

2. Coordinate with the kitchen to sure smooth service.

3. Ensure food and drinks are served promptly and correctly.

4. Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.

5. Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.

6. Assist with scheduling and staff assignments when required.

7. Help achieve customer satisfaction and restaurant service goals.
