Superpets is a growing Singapore pet retailer with over 15 years of experience helping pet owners provide the best care for their dogs and cats. We believe in educating pet owners through honest, informative content while offering premium pet nutrition and supplies across our retail stores and online platforms.

We're looking for a creative and curious Marketing & Content Creation Intern who wants real-world marketing experience beyond just social media. You'll gain exposure to branding, content strategy, retail marketing, influencer campaigns, visual merchandising, and e-commerce while working on projects that directly impact the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Social Media Content Creation

  • Research trending topics, formats, and ideas across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Brainstorm and pitch engaging content concepts aligned with our brand.

  • Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for social media.

  • Write captions and assist with content scheduling.

  • Be comfortable appearing in videos when required.

Brand & Marketing

  • Learn how branding influences customer perception and purchasing decisions.

  • Assist in developing creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.

  • Help ensure marketing materials remain consistent with our brand identity.

Retail & Visual Merchandising

  • Design and prepare in-store marketing materials, including posters, shelf talkers, promotional displays, and visual merchandising assets.

  • Support seasonal campaigns and product launches across our retail stores.

Influencer & Community Marketing

  • Research and identify suitable content creators and influencers.

  • Coordinate product seeding and campaign logistics.

  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and maintaining influencer relationships.

E-commerce Marketing

Depending on your interests and performance, you'll also have the opportunity to learn:

  • Product page (PDP) optimisation

  • Product copywriting and descriptions

  • Creative assets for online stores

  • Digital advertising creatives

  • Website content management

  • Conversion-focused marketing strategies

General Marketing Support

  • Assist with day-to-day marketing operations.

  • Conduct competitor and market research.

  • Support campaign planning and execution.

  • Help analyse content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has a strong interest in marketing, branding, or content creation.

  • Enjoys creating videos and understands social media trends.

  • Is creative, proactive, and eager to learn.

  • Has good communication and organizational skills.

  • Pays attention to detail and takes pride in producing quality work.

  • Is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Loves generating new ideas and isn't afraid to experiment.

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With

  • Canva

  • CapCut

  • Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • Photography or videography

  • TikTok or Instagram content creation
