Regional Supply Chain Application Manager
Job Summary
The Regional Supply Chain Application Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, support, optimization, and continuous improvement of supply chain applications across the region. The role acts as the bridge between business users, regional management, and IT teams to ensure supply chain systems effectively support procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and demand planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Management
* Manage regional supply chain applications, including ERP, WMS, TMS, MES, and planning systems.
* Ensure application availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
* Coordinate application upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
* Manage application vendors and third-party service providers.
2. Business Process Improvement
* Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
* Recommend and implement best practices across regional operations.
* Standardize business processes across multiple countries.
* Lead digital transformation initiatives within the supply chain function.
3. Project Management
* Lead regional system implementation and rollout projects.
* Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and IT departments.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
