Seeking for an Assistant Manager to join our esteemed public healthcare client and provide comprehensive support in clinical governance and strategy.

Responsibilities
Provide secretariat support for the Clinical Strategy & Governance Board and assigned committees.
Coordinate meeting agendas, prepare necessary documentation, and manage logistics.
Support the implementation and monitoring of clinical governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
Track governance domains such as quality, risk, and compliance; consolidate dashboards and reports for board oversight.
Coordinate the development of clinical strategy, priorities, and programme roadmaps.
Ensure alignment of programs with organizational and population health priorities.
Maintain a repository of board and committee records, ensuring version control and integrity of documents.
Support audit and review processes and maintain an audit trail of decisions and outcomes.
Perform any other tasks as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare/ Public Health/ any other relevant fields.
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, governance or strategy.
Good writing and presentation skills for policy papers and board submissions.
Strong skills in stakeholder management, coordination, and organization.
Proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.
