Assist the chef with food preparation and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area while serving customers and handling food orders efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food by washing, cutting vegetables, and cleaning ingredients to support the chef’s cooking process
• Wash pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils to maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
• Serve dine-in customers by taking orders accurately and packing takeaway food promptly
• Clean the dining area by wiping tables and sweeping and mopping floors to ensure a pleasant customer experience
• Arrange food storage systematically and manage kitchen garbage disposal to maintain hygiene and order
• Follow food hygiene rules strictly to ensure food safety and compliance with health standards
