Business Development Manager (Manpower Contracting)

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within manpower contracting and workforce outsourcing services.

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service offerings tailored to client requirements.

  • Support negotiations of service contracts and pricing structures to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring service expectations are clearly understood and met.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement, performance reviews, and service coordination.

  • Address client feedback and operational concerns in collaboration with internal teams.

Manpower Service Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations, recruitment, and site supervision teams to ensure manpower deployment meets contractual requirements.

  • Support workforce planning by aligning client demand with manpower availability.

  • Monitor service delivery performance and recommend improvements to enhance client satisfaction.

Market & Business Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.

  • Provide management with insights on market opportunities, service enhancements, and expansion strategies.

  • Support management in developing business plans and growth initiatives.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with internal teams on onboarding schedules, deployment timelines, and service commencement.

  • Track key performance indicators related to client acquisition, contract renewals, and revenue performance.

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and account performance for management review.

    • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.

    • 3–10 years of experience in business development, operations management, client servicing, or workforce-related industries.

    • Proven experience in managing client relationships and supporting service-based business growth.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Ability to adapt to local business practices and manpower frameworks with internal support.
